Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Dallas Print House collects and handles information when you use our website, dashboard, print-on-demand services, and commerce integrations.

Information we collect

We collect account and contact details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, business information, support messages, and saved addresses. We also collect product designs and files you upload, order and fulfillment records, transaction totals, and identifiers returned by our payment processor. Dallas Print House does not store full card numbers.

When you connect Shopify or another marketplace, we receive the store identity and authorization credentials needed to operate the integration. Depending on the permissions you approve, we process store catalog data, product mappings, inventory and publication data, orders, and the buyer contact and shipping details required to fulfill those orders. Access credentials are encrypted at rest.

We automatically receive limited technical data, including IP address, browser and device information, request logs, cookie identifiers, and security events.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts; connect stores; import, price, print, pack, ship, and support orders; process payments; prevent fraud and abuse; improve the service; communicate operational updates; and meet legal, tax, accounting, and compliance obligations. We do not sell personal information or use marketplace buyer data for unrelated advertising.

How we share information

We share information only as needed with connected commerce platforms, payment processors, hosting and email providers, production systems, shipping carriers, and professional or government authorities when required by law. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We may transfer information in a business reorganization while requiring appropriate confidentiality protections.

Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including active production, warranty, dispute, tax, and accounting obligations. Disconnecting or uninstalling a store revokes its active connection and triggers deletion or de-identification of connection data that we no longer need. We process Shopify customer, shop, and customer data-erasure requests through Shopify’s required compliance webhooks. Some records may be retained where law or an active fulfillment obligation requires it, then deleted or de-identified when that obligation ends.

Your choices and rights

You may update account details in your dashboard, disconnect a marketplace, or ask to access, correct, or delete personal information. Applicable law may provide additional rights, including the right to appeal a denied request. We may verify your identity before completing a request. You can control non-essential browser cookies through your browser settings.

Security, children, and changes

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the sensitivity of the information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. The service is for businesses and adults and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service or law changes; the date below identifies the current version.
