Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Dallas Print House websites, dashboards, print-on-demand fulfillment, and commerce integrations. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Accounts and connected stores
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account, store, billing, and tax information. You authorize us to access and act on a connected store only within the permissions you approve. You are responsible for your storefront, customer promises, marketplace compliance, and promptly disconnecting access you no longer authorize.
Print-on-demand orders
When an eligible connected-store order is accepted for fulfillment, you instruct Dallas Print House to manufacture and ship the mapped products to the submitted recipient. You are responsible for accurate product mappings, variants, artwork, addresses, and order data. Production timing and delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We may pause orders that are unpaid, incomplete, fraudulent, unsafe, infringing, or technically unproducible.
Charges and payment
Displayed fulfillment, shipping, tax, and other order charges apply when an order is billed. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method on file according to the billing schedule you select or the schedule disclosed for the service. Failed payments may pause production or fulfillment. Except where law or a written policy requires otherwise, products already in production are non-refundable.
Artwork and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Dallas Print House a limited license to store, reproduce, adapt for production, print, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the service. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for the content and products you ask us to produce. We may reject or remove content that appears unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, dangerous, or inconsistent with a marketplace's rules.
Cancellations, defects, and shipping
Contact us immediately about changes or cancellations; an order may not be changeable after production begins. Inspect delivered goods promptly and report verified print defects, damage, or incorrect items with supporting information. Carrier delays, rejected addresses, customs, duties, and losses caused by inaccurate data may require additional charges and are outside our control. Any remedy is limited to the affected goods unless applicable law requires more.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, bypass security or billing controls, interfere with other users, upload malicious code, scrape protected areas, misrepresent our relationship, or use the platform for unlawful activity. Do not submit regulated or sensitive personal data that is unnecessary for fulfillment.
Third-party services
Shopify, payment processors, carriers, and other connected services are independent providers governed by their own terms. Their availability, decisions, or changes are outside our control. You authorize the exchanges of data needed to operate integrations you enable.
Availability and disclaimers
We work to provide a reliable service, but the website, integrations, and dashboard are provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. These disclaimers do not limit express written product commitments or rights that cannot legally be waived.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dallas Print House is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or lost business. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the affected order or service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
Suspension, termination, and changes
You may stop using the service and disconnect stores, subject to outstanding orders and charges. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or harm to the service or others. Provisions that logically survive termination remain effective. We may update these terms prospectively; material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
Governing law
Texas law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Courts located in Dallas County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that are not subject to another mandatory forum.
